The after sales service is located at the headquarters and oversees a local
service network connected via Internet to the main office, assuring prompt
delivery of spare parts and short intervention times of the technicians.
The Service Center coordinates the “Customer Service” in the different
locations which provides 7/7 days and 24/24 hours intervention as well as
preventive maintenance contracts. Remote monitoring, assistance and
troubleshooting can be performed by linking the supervision systems of
the plants to the central service office via modem.
Interpark plants are backed up by a local network, which provides technical
assistance and support to its products at site. All the systems are tested at the
factory prior to shipment. Interpark can also provide the construction and
commissioning of its plants with its own technical staff. Interpark carries a
wide range of spare parts for immediate delivery, backed by a sophisticated
computerized system allowing processing of most orders within 24 hours.
Upon request the mechanical car parking systems are supplied with a
computerized supervision system allowing real time analysis of the systems
status.
