Our company’s objective is to become a leader in its sector, through the full satisfaction of our customers in keeping with standards regarding protection of the environment and safety at work. In order to achieve these primary objectives, the company proposes that the following areas should be promoted, developed and given adequate back-up:

- Making training and instruction available to staff at all levels
- Creation of appropriate information channels both abroad and within the firm
- Promotion and development of a continuous improvement ethic both inside and outside the firm
- Helping both staff and suppliers and customers become more aware of the need to respect the environment
- Adopting a quality control system based on Standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000
- Adopting an environment management system based on Standard UNI EN ISO 14001:2004

The adoption of management principles linked to quality control, protection of the environment and safety offers security to our company as well as our working partners, customers, suppliers and the local community.
− For the company: the prevention and control measures envisaged allow us to locate weak points as well as any failure to meet or departures from Environment and Safety Quality Control System standards and to correct these faults through targeted operations that prevent wastage of time and resources and at the same time, ensure that the service and product satisfy appropriate standards. By dealing with environment impact and risks connected with safety, the company is better able to conform to regulations and legislation.
− For working partners: familiarity with company objectives, identification of tasks and the correct application of procedures help to create safety and recognition of the importance of an individual’s role within the firm and to increase awareness of environmental and safety factors.
− For the customers: every stage of production (for example, design, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, inspection, etc.) is followed on the basis of a controlled, documented system that allows the customer to ascertain, at any given time, the type of executive procedures that have been adopted during design, manufacturing, environmental impact and safety control activities.
− For the suppliers : trust in the organisation and consolidation of purchasing methods against a background of cooperation help maintain relations.
− For the local community: compliance with national and European laws and regulations regarding corporate administration and relating to the environment and safety prevent hazardous conditions and environmental situations that are not compatible with the life of the external community.
